House Assembly
We love getting together in our different Houses for a House Assembly. We have competitions and earn house points. It is so loud with people screaming encouragement!!

Today Jacob bought his catapult to school for the catapult competition. He built it with his uncle who is a builder. First he made the base. Then he put a piece of metal through the middle so it could flick. His grandad drilled the holes and connected the piece of rubber. Jacob painted it all at home.

Room 18's Homework Stars
Each week we have to do Homework. We write 5 spelling sentences. Some people do 10! You need to pick 5 spelling words and underline the spelling word in red pen. If you are neat, have all your full stops and capital letters with no spelling mistakes, you can be a Homework star. Some people try to be homework stars every week. The picture below is all of this weeks stars from Room 18.

More PJ Day photos
Room 18 decided to celebrate PJ Day by having toast together before school. The room smelt so yummy that we were hungry again by 10 o'clock. Luckily we still got to have our fruit break!
